Edyta has M. Sc. Investment and Real Estate Management, University of Economics in Poznan. Edyta also holds Property Manager license number 16760 and Property Agent license number 14132.
Edyta’s commercial real estate experience started in 2003 on the award winning
Old Brewery Shopping Centre, Poznań. She was involved in management of the first part of the project (retail space over 22 000 sq.m.) and also supported the Investor in establishing Old Brewery’s second construction phase (27 000 sq.m. is retail).
In 2004 Edyta moved to work with an Investor carrying out the new project known as
King Cross Marcelin Shopping Centre, Poznań. Her job within the company concentrated upon three main areas: executing the mall’s pre-opening activities, planning and ensuring a successful opening event and property management. In the field of property management Edyta was responsible for planning and executing the mall’s marketing strategy as well as managing leases, service providers and supervising day-to-day operations of the property with 45 000 sq.m. of retail space.
In 2007 Edyta joined Irish Developer Howard Property Polska Sp. z o. o. As Property and Development Manager Edyta was key liaison person with CEO and investors, advising new development opportunities conforming to the company’s target, assisting in project acquisition, development and sale. Edyta also commercialized and managed the company’s portfolio of property assets (commercial) ensuring the most efficient use and the highest investor return.
In 2008 problems with properties and finance appeared in most world markets. Edyta decided that it was an opportune moment to found REAM. Since that date REAM has managed a number of commercial buildings (offices) and advised investors and banks on acquisition/disposal in changing and challenging market conditions. The approach is always maximizing profitability of the Client and services that focus on achieving jointly agreed objectives.
